Domestic Priorities for 5G w/Peter Harrell (NSC) on HSDF

Mr. Peter Harrell (NSC) joined Dr. Daniel Gerstein (RAND) on the Homeland Security & Defense Forum (HSDF) to discuss the White House's Domestic Priorities for 5G technologies. Mr. Peter Harrell is the Senior Director for International Economics and Competitiveness on the White House National Security Council (NSC) staff for the Biden administration. Dr. Daniel Gerstein is a senior policy researcher at the RAND Corporation. He has extensive experience in security and defense while serving as a Senior Executive Service (SES) government civilian, in uniform, and in industry. He is also an adjunct professor at American University in Washington, D.C.
