What’s Next for the IRS: The Future of U.S. Tax Administration

On November 17, 2021, the Center for Public Policy Innovation hosted an hour long program exploring What’s Next for the IRS: the Future of the U.S. Tax Administration.

The program featured thoughtful remarks from Senator Rob Portman, and a moderated panel discussion led by former U.S. Senator Bob Kerrey. It was an amazing exchange of ideas, suggestions and some important concerns.

Senator Kerrey was joined by this diverse group of distinguished panelists: Tony Scott, former U.S. Federal Government CIO; Dr. Pinar Cebi Wilber, Chief Economist for the American Council for Capital Formation; Patrick Hedger, Vice President of Policy at the Taxpayers Protection Alliance; and Cori Kramer, Executive Director of Center Forward.
